Refund and Returns Policy
Returns
Because most of our products are custom-made and produced on demand, we generally do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue and provide a replacement or solution.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases where the product arrives damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was delivered.
Once we receive and inspect the evidence provided, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
Custom Orders
Custom parametric designs created through our “Create Your Piece” service are non-refundable once production has started, as these products are specifically designed and manufactured for each customer.
